Your item will be refunded only under the following conditions: Items need to be in perfect condition, unworn, and in the original packaging to ensure it is resaleable. We do not offer refunds on discounted products and discounted orders.

What is the return policy?
We want you to love your rational studio product as much as we do!
If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Who covers the return costs?
We offer free returns within Switzerland. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. For returns in the EU, the items return at the expense and risk of the customer.
For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note: Any duties/costs related to the return have to be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.
How do I return an item?
Please first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone/WhatsApp at +41779350424. For our Swiss customers, we will then send you a return label for shipment by Swiss Post to Rational Ventures AG, St. Jakobstrasse 7, 8004 Zurich in Switzerland. We will cover the shipping costs. For returns from the EU, please ship the items to Rational Ventures AG, St. Jakobstrasse 7, CH-8004 Zurich. No refund will be made without prior contact.
What can I do if I don't receive the refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
